Yea, been wondering why Air force EOD is making the decisions that are coming out. I chalk it up to two things. One being tge general ignorance of big Air force afraid to step outside their bubble of ops so they pressure the squadrons to squash adaptations and innovations. EOD falling under CE makes it that much worse on the career field. An EOD technician is responsible for the detection, disarming, detonation and disposal of explosives that pose a threat to service members and civilians around the world.
